Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Sales planning across regions, channels & product lines.
• Distributor network management & performance accountability.
• Market expansion, new territories, new retail penetration.
• Field team leadership (reps, supervisors & route planning).
• Trade promotions, credit discipline & competitor intelligence.
• Product visibility in open markets, supermarkets & beauty stores.

Requirements
Qualification:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience (beauty/personal care is a big plus).
• Proven track record of beating targets, not just meeting them.
• Deep knowledge of distributor-driven and open market sales systems.
• A natural leader who holds teams accountable while keeping them motivated.
