Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Ikoyi.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, processing orders accurately, and ensuring excellent service delivery at all times.

• Attend to customers promptly and professionally
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Ensure proper communication with kitchen and dispatch teams

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc degree in any discipline
• Must reside around Ikoyi or its immediate environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Smart, energetic, and well-presented.
