Job Title: Business Analyst, Central Operations & Execution

Location: Ikeja, Lagos - Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Senior Analyst
Department/Cluster: Central Operations & Execution
Grade: Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are effectively tracked and achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, RAID logs, timelines, and status reports to provide clear visibility into project progress and operational performance.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively while supporting the implementation of mitigation plans and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions and action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure accountability and timely execution.
  • Translate stakeholder discussions, strategic ideas, and operational requirements into structured workplans, reports, and actionable deliverables.
  • Gather, document, and organize business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions and business units.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation including BRDs, SOPs, executive reports, project charters, process flows, and operational summaries.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, analyzing workflows, and contributing to solution design discussions.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and data synthesis to support strategic planning, operational reviews, and business decision-making.
  • Coordinate recurring operational processes including budgeting cycles, MPRs, governance meetings, reporting timelines, and business reviews.
  • Track submissions, updates, and deliverables from subsidiaries, business units, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and timeliness.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, dashboards, and reports for management meetings and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a coordination point between internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized repositories for project documents, reports, and operational records to ensure accessibility and version control.
  • Provide clear and concise communication updates tailored to different stakeholder groups and management levels.
  • Support strategic initiatives by structuring ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, strategy execution, management consulting, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of project coordination, operational planning, and business process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Notion, and productivity/collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Claude AI, Notion AI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
