Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services to internal stakeholders
• Review, draft, and vet contracts and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Support litigation and dispute resolution processes
• Assist in managing legal risks across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and BL qualification with 1-5 years’ relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial services regulations
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
