Job Title: Sales Executive – Automobile

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong automotive sales experience to drive vehicle sales, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of business revenue targets.
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills, alongside a strong passion for automobiles and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget requirements to recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives for prospective customers
  • Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, pricing, financing, warranties, and promotions
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and digital platforms
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate sales terms, and close deals effectively
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM or sales management tools
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales growth
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in automobile sales or related industry
  • Strong understanding of automotive products and market trends
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 per month.
