Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong automotive sales experience to drive vehicle sales, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of business revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills, alongside a strong passion for automobiles and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget requirements to recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives for prospective customers
- Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, pricing, financing, warranties, and promotions
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and digital platforms
- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales terms, and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM or sales management tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in automobile sales or related industry
- Strong understanding of automotive products and market trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 per month.
