Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions within our organization.
• The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a sales-driven or pharmaceutical company and be capable of managing workforce operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems (especially for sales teams).
• Coordinate staff training and development programs.
• Manage compensation, payroll inputs, and sales incentive structures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR records and provide management reports.
