We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver food orders, packages, and other items safely and promptly.
  • Ensure accurate delivery to customers and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Inspect and maintain the assigned motorcycle daily.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
  • Handle customers politely and represent the brand positively.
  • Report delivery updates, delays, or incidents immediately.
  • Ensure proper documentation and confirmation of deliveries.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license where applicable.
  • Good knowledge of routes within Ibadan.
  • Ability to use Google Maps and smartphones effectively.
  • Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Previous dispatch riding experience is an added advantage.
  • Must have good communication skills and a neat appearance.
