Job Title: Admin / Event Assistant
Location: Magodo - Shangisha, Lagos

Summary of the Role
- The Admin/Event Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across SP Fusion’s daily office functions and event projects. This role requires strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to support the smooth execution of corporate and private events.
- The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the administrative office and the event operations team, assisting with documentation, logistics coordination, client communication, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Assist in preparing official documents, reports, and event-related paperwork.
- Maintain and update internal databases, client directories, and vendor contact lists.
- Support office operations by managing supplies, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring workspace organization.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action points.
Event Coordination Support:
- Assist the Events Team in planning, logistics coordination, and execution of corporate and private events.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers for quotations, bookings, and follow- ups.
- Support the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring alignment with event design and
Client and Team Support:
- Provide courteous and timely responses to client and vendor communications.
- Support the Principal Consultant and Event Team Lead in documentation and presentation preparation.
- Assist in coordinating team travel logistics, bookings, and on-site support.
- Ensure effective communication between administrative and event units
Documentation & Reporting:
- Support the preparation of event briefs, post-event reports, and evaluations.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Track project deliverables and follow up on pending approvals or vendor obligations.
Learning & Development:
- Participate in periodic reviews and mentorship sessions to enhance professional growth.
- Read and research materials related to administrative and event management processesto build knowledge and efficiency.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn SP Fusion’s internal systems, brand guidelines, and workflow procedures.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
