Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Manager – Institution / Project Sales to lead sales activities focused on institutional clients and project-based opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive institutional and project sales growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate, government, educational, healthcare, and other institutional sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and project quotations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and support sales team members to achieve performance goals.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in institutional sales, project sales, or business development.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
