We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Management Consultant
Location: VGC, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of smart metering systems within assigned properties.
- Conduct periodic inspections of facility infrastructure affecting meter performance, including electrical and utility systems.
- Identify and report issues such as meter tampering, energy loss, or infrastructure faults.
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure proper access for meter installation, maintenance, and inspection.
- Monitor energy usage patterns and provide recommendations for improved efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures related to smart metering systems.
- Provide technical reports and updates to management on meter performance and facility conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
- 3 - 5years experience in facility management, utilities management, or infrastructure operations.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and energy management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, inspection, and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with property management teams and service providers.
