Job Summary

• Oversees the daily operations of the spa, staff supervision, customer experience, sales performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations.
• Supervise staff and schedules.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales and expenses.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness and operational standards.
• Prepare operational reports.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 per month.
