We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HPDU Technical Training & Competency Development Lead

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

• Leads the development and execution of NICS ' structured training programs to transfer HPDU technical knowledge and build competency among Nigerian personnel. REN,

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical training programs
• Define competency frameworks and skill matrices
• Conduct classroom and field-based training
• Assess and certify personnel competency
• Document and track knowledge transfer progress

Experience & Qualifications

• 12-15 years in HPDU or oilfield well services
• At least 5 years in training, mentoring, or competency development roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Strong background in HPDU systems and field operations

Certifications (Preferred):

• Train-the-Trainer certification
• IWCF/IADC certification
• HSE certification (NEBOSH or equivalent).
