Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

Locations: Lagos Mainland (Surulere, Yaba, Apapa, Amuwo Odofin, Isolo) - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We’re hiring a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales and grow our presence across Lagos Mainland. You’ll own your territory, build strong retailer relationships, and ensure our products are available and visible in general trade, supermarkets, and HORECA outlets.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10-15 outlets daily following a planned route. Check stock, expiry dates, and shelf placement.
• Take orders, introduce promotions, and resolve minor issues on the spot.
• Onboard a minimum of 10 new retail outlets per month and secure initial orders.
• Ensure POS materials are displayed and work with merchandisers on restocking and displays.
• Collect cash/cheques and follow up on credit payments.
• Report daily activities, orders, and competitor activity to the Area Sales Manager.

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on the road 6 days/week.
• Must reside in Lagos Mainland or nearby areas.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
