It has carried out service rendering duties in various states of Nigeria and within the ever bustling business environment of Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Team Lead / Coordinator (Real Estate)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives to achieve set targets.
  • Drive sales of residential and commercial properties — land, houses, estates, and off-plan developments.
  • Coordinate daily sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline management across the team.
  • Conduct property site visits, client presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, property listings, and social media outreach.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role within real estate.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value property deals.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market — pricing, locations, regulations, and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 per month + 10% Commission.
