Job Title: Mechanical / Power Generation Lead

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a Mechanical Lead to collaborate with the Maintenance Manager with deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to safety, to ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, and industry safety standards.
• This is more than a maintenance role; it's a leadership opportunity to shape how a power plant runs, ensuring reliability, safety, and excellence every day.

Qualification

• Degree or equivalent training in Mechanical Technology.
• 5+ years of power generation experience (combined or simple cycle plants).
• 3+ years in a lead / supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, valves, vessels, coolers & welding (MIG / TIG / Brazing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS platforms.
• Strong communication skills and a valid international passport.
