Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the FirstBank Elephant Boys Governing Council to align team activities with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the team.
- Establish clear performance objectives and monitor progress against targets.
- Coordinate activities between players, coaches, and relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide periodic updates and reports on team performance and activities.
- Plan and manage training schedule, matches, and team engagements.
- Ensure availability and proper management of team resources, equipment, and facilities.
- Support player development initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with league regulations, club policies, and operational standards.
- Represent the team in official engagements and stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in team coordination, sports administration, or people management.
- Experience working with structured teams or group initiatives.
- Prior involvement in football or sports is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage or coordinate teams effectively.
