Job Title: Site Administrator
Location: Ibeju, Lekki - Lagos

Job Summary
- The Site Administrator is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions on site, maintaining records, coordinating staff communication, monitoring supplies, and ensuring that site operations are properly documented and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate site records, files, and documentation
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Keep records of staff attendance
- Maintain inventory and material supply logs.
- manage stock
- Track delivery notes, invoices, and purchase requests.
- Support onboarding of new site workers and contractors.
- Communicate company directives and site policies to staff.
- Keep records of equipment usage and movement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration,or any related field
- Knowledge of document control is an added advantage
- Candidate must reside within Ibeju lekki
