Orange Pot Africa Limited is a fast-growing company specializing in the distribution and retail of imported wines, whiskeys, and gins, specializes in the importation, construction, and trading of high-end goods; Lock, Stock and Barrel.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Onsite, Full-Time (Monday - Sunday; shift-based including one day off)
Summary
- We are looking for energetic, smart, confident and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team.
Responsibilities
Attend to customers professionally and assist them with product selection
- Drive sales and meet sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Recommend wines, whiskeys, and spirits based on customer preferences
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
- Process sales transactions accurately and track sales reports
- Promote ongoing offers and new arrivals to customers.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in wine and comfortable with occasional alcohol tasting for better purchase recommendations.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an added advantage
- Ability to persuade and confidently engage customers
- Must be smart, presentable, and customer-oriented
- Good knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus (but willingness to learn is more important)
- Must be a fast learner and proactive
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel is an added advantage.
