Job Title: Territory Sales Executive

Locations: Lagos Mainland (Surulere, Yaba, Apapa, Amuwo Odofin, Isolo) - Lagos

About the Role

  • We’re hiring a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales and grow our presence across Lagos Mainland.
  • You’ll own your territory, build strong retailer relationships, and ensure our products are available and visible in general trade, supermarkets, and HORECA outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Visit 10-15 outlets daily following a planned route. Check stock, expiry dates, and shelf placement.
  • Take orders, introduce promotions, and resolve minor issues on the spot.
  • Onboard a minimum of 10 new retail outlets per month and secure initial orders.
  • Collect cash / cheques and follow up on credit payments.
  • Report daily activities, orders, and competitor activity to the Area Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on the road 6 days/week.
  • Must reside in Lagos Mainland or nearby areas.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / month + Commission.
