Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a disciplined, experienced, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our daily business activities.
• The ideal candidate will be a mature professional with a proven track record of leadership and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and workplace discipline.
• Coordinate supply chain, inventory, or service delivery (as applicable).
• Implement and maintain operational policies and safety standards.
• Report directly to senior management on KPIs and operational bottlenecks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or operations management role.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in basic office software

Location:

• Candidates must reside within close proximity to Ayobo, Iyana-Ipaja, Igando, Ikotun, Ikeja, Egbeda, or Abule-Egba.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Net Salary
N200,000 per month.
