Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Inventory Officer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and preventing stock loss through diligent monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is low.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies in quantity.
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory software.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills.

Location:

• Candidates must reside within close proximity to the following axes: Ayobo, Iyana-Ipaja, Igando, Ikotun, Ikeja, Egbeda, or Abule-Egba.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Net Salary
N120,000 per month.
