We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Lekki,  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure proper shift handovers and staff coordination.
• Monitor end-of-day sales reconciliation and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain operational standards across all service areas.

Customer Experience & Service:

• Deliver superior guest experiences and maximize satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints.
• Monitor service standards and continuously improve customer engagement.

Staff Management & Development:

• Supervise FOH, kitchen, janitorial, and security teams.
• Develop and maintain accurate staff schedules and rosters.
• Train and onboard new hires according to restaurant culture and SOPs.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Inventory & Cost Control:

• Track inventory levels and oversee procurement planning.
• Minimize waste and implement cost-control strategies.
• Manage restaurant budgets and monitor operational expenses.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Enforce restaurant policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain consistent quality in food, service, and presentation standards.

Reporting & Business Growth:

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and operational KPIs.
• Recommend marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
• Provide insights to management on staffing, inventory, and customer trends.
