Description
- A leading Tech Solutions firm is seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand its client base.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, closing ERP software sales, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
- Actively sell ERP software and related technology solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and meetings to engage potential customers and schedule product demonstrations.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using online and offline channels.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ proven experience in ERP software sales or enterprise technology solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process solutions.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
