Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- This role requires strong sales, communication, and account management skills, particularly in engaging small- to medium-sized businesses and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet business objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations, proposals and contract discussions with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experience and achieve client expectations.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and account reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on company’s product features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or technology sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
