Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • This role requires strong sales, communication, and account management skills, particularly in engaging small- to medium-sized businesses and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct sales presentations, proposals and contract discussions with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experience and achieve client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and account reports.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on company’s product features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or technology sales is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
