Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate) to join a growing real estate company in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling landed properties and real estate products, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing profitable deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell land and property listings
• Generate and follow up on qualified leads
• Conduct property inspections and site visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote properties through social media and digital marketing
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Meet monthly sales and performance targets
• Prepare reports and manage client documentation
• Support business growth and market expansion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or relevant qualification
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good knowledge of Abuja real estate market is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
• Attractive commission structure:
  • 6% commission on land sales
  • 2.5% commission on property deals closed
