About the Opportunity

• With multiple major projects now underway, the business is seeking a battle-tested Piling Project Manager to take full control of project delivery—from contract award through execution to final handover.
• This is a mission-critical leadership role.
• The successful candidate will become the operational backbone of the company’s piling division, freeing senior leadership to focus on growth while ensuring every project is delivered safely, profitably, on time, and to the highest technical standards.
• If you have not successfully managed large-scale piling projects end-to-end, this role is not for you.

Your Mission

• You will assume full responsibility for the planning, execution, commercial performance, and delivery of piling and deep foundation projects.

Your mandate includes:

• Leading piling operations from contract review to final completion
• Translating contract scope into executable project delivery plans
• Managing all field operations involving bored piling, CFA, rotary piling, diaphragm walls, driven piles, and deep foundations
• Directing site engineers, supervisors, operators, subcontractors, and vendors
• Driving project profitability through cost control, resource optimization, and operational discipline
• Managing project schedules, client reporting, and stakeholder expectations
• Identifying and resolving technical, commercial, and operational risks before they escalate
• Ensuring strict compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and engineering standards
• Acting as the internal authority on piling execution decisions

Who We Are Looking For

• This role is strictly for elite piling professionals.

Minimum Requirements

• B.Eng / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
• COREN Certification (Mandatory)
• 10–15 years progressive experience in Piling & Deep Foundations
• Proven leadership on major piling projects, both within Nigeria and internationally
• Strong technical mastery of:
  • Bored piles
  • CFA piling
  • Rotary piling
  • Driven piles
  • Sheet piling
  • Deep foundation systems
• Strong commercial understanding of:
  • Contract administration
  • Project costing
  • Claims management
  • Budget control
• Demonstrated ability to manage:
  • Clients
  • Consultants
  • Site teams
  • Equipment fleets
  • Multiple projects simultaneously

Who Should NOT Apply

• Your experience is mostly general civil construction
• You have never led piling projects end-to-end
• You are not COREN certified
• You require supervision to deliver results
• Your CV cannot demonstrate verifiable piling project leadership
