Job Title: Corporate Sales & Tour Packaging Executive (Hybrid)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Corporate Sales & Tour Packaging Executive is responsible for driving B2B and corporate travel sales, nurturing client relationships, and developing bespoke tour packages that align with client needs and company objectives.
  • This role blends sales strategy, client account management, and creative tour planning — ensuring seamless delivery of travel solutions for corporate and leisure clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients, including SMEs, large organizations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Manage existing corporate accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and present customized travel proposals, presentations, and quotations aligned with client budgets and travel policies.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and consolidators to negotiate competitive fares and corporate rates.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build partnerships and brand visibility.
  • Contribute to branding strategies that position the company as a premium, corporate-focused travel agency.
  • Conceptualize, price, and package domestic and international tours.

Requirements
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in corporate travel sales, tour operations, or hospitality marketing.
  • Liaise with global partners (hotels, DMCs, concierge services, airlines) to ensure high-quality and cost-effective travel experiences.
  • Prepare itinerary proposals, travel brochures, and quotation documents for clients and marketing use.
  • Ensure all packages are compliant with travel regulations, visa requirements, and risk management standards.
  • Coordinate logistics for group travels, including ticketing, accommodation, transfers, and excursions.

Skills Requirement:

  • Proven track record in B2B relationship management and travel product development.
  • Knowledge of the travel business and experience in corporate travel business marketing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS platforms (an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
