Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Wuse2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the full operations of our Abuja store.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, driving sales, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
• This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store efficiently
• Ensure the store is fully prepared and operational before opening hours
• Record daily sales, expenses, and transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store
• Supervise store assistants and coordinate with delivery riders
• Provide regular updates and performance reports
• Implement strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or store management
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Trustworthy, responsible, and accountable
• Must be based in Abuja (preferably around Wuse 2)

• Smart, presentable, and professional
• Goal-oriented and performance-driven
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of social media/online sales is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000/month + Performance Bonus
