We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Head - Travel Agency

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Global Leadership / Founders

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall P&L for Nigeria operations
• Achieve aggressive sales and revenue targets
• Identify new revenue streams (B2B, B2C, corporate travel)
• Build and execute Nigeria growth strategy
• Develop strategic partnerships with airlines and corporates
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
• Build and manage a high-performing local team
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key Requirements

• 5–10+ years experience in travel or aviation industry
• Strong sales and leadership experience
• Established industry network
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• P&L management experience preferred
• Nigerian national (mandatory).
