Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve internal processes, and support organizational growth.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, administrative, and operational management skills with the ability to coordinate teams effectively and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilties
- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations
- Coordinate administrative and operational activities
- Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency
- Develop and implement operational processes and policies
- Prepare operational reports and business updates
- Ensure timely execution of company projects and activities
- Manage client service delivery and operational support
- Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals
- Supervise logistics, site operations, and office coordination
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- 3–5 years experience in operations or administrative management
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
