We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Day Supervisor (Restaurant)
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Shift Management & Operations: Lead the opening or mid-day shifts, run pre-shift meetings to brief staff on specials, and delegate service stations.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, oversee table turnover, ensure high-quality food delivery, and resolve any customer complaints or special requests.
- Staff Leadership & Training: Coach and train waiters and hosts, manage schedules, and track employee performance.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Monitor stock levels for food, beverages, and cleaning supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure the restaurant passes local regulatory inspections.
- Administration & Finance: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, balance cash registers at shift changes, and generate sales reports for the restaurant manager.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
