Job Summary
- As the Senior B2B Sales Executive, you will drive enterprise sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value contracts across commercial, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-value B2B opportunities across assigned territories
- Build and manage structured sales pipelines while driving contract closures independently
- Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and proposal presentations to decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years enterprise B2B sales experience selling high-value technical products/services
- Experience within elevator, HVAC, generator, construction, or building solutions industry is highly preferred
- Strong experience engaging C-suite executives and managing complex sales cycles
Salary
NGN 500,000 – NGN 1,000,000 Monthly + Commission
