Job Title: Retail Supervisor
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of retail staff and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance and drive achievement of assigned targets.
- Ensure proper customer engagement and service delivery.
- Track inventory movement and escalate stock-related issues where necessary.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare and submit periodic operational and sales reports.
- Support staff coordination, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any related field.
- Previous experience in retail operations or team supervision is an added advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
