Human Capital Partners - Our client, a development financial institution, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Information Technology Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and network-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and network performance.
• Install, configure, and manage computer systems and enterprise applications.
• Support LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, routers, and internet services.
• Perform system updates, backups, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
• Support cloud and on-premise infrastructure operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and adherence to SLA requirements.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, or System Administration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, AWS, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA, or ITIL will be an advantage.
