Job Summary
- The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of RP Facilities’ buildings and premises, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting business functions including facility accounts, budgeting, administration, and human resources.
- This role includes strategic planning, project management, vendor management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for facilities.
- Develop and implement facility management policies.
- Manage facility budgets and financial reporting.
- Coordinate project management and contractor supervision.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with HR for staffing and training needs.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
