Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

Job Summary

• The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of RP Facilities’ buildings and premises, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting business functions including facility accounts, budgeting, administration, and human resources.
• This role includes strategic planning, project management, vendor management, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for facilities.
• Develop and implement facility management policies.
• Manage facility budgets and financial reporting.
• Coordinate project management and contractor supervision.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with HR for staffing and training needs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
