Job Description

• We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team at hotel capitol

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
• Manage reservations and booking systems
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND/BSC with 1-2 years experience
• Previous experience in hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (knowledge of hotel booking systems is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must have completed Nysc
• Proximity to work location (Ogba, Agege, Ojota, Ketu, Ojodu Berger, Akute, Ikeja) axis.
