We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Remain flexible to work outside standard hours, including weekends, public holidays and some late nights, as required in aviation operations.
  • Exhibit proactive behavior, strong communication skills, and sound problem-solving ability
  • Propose creative communication relevant to the Anap Jets brand, which can be utilised across our social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace, with the ability to quickly learn new Sales and Marketing systems.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Monitor our website and advertisement materials to ensure that the information is always correct and up to date.
  • Manage and convert client enquiries across all product lines - Fractional Ownership, Jet Card, Ad-hoc Charter, and Corporate Shuttle services - focusing on revenue generation, client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, charter agreements, and invoices accurately and within required timelines.
  • Proactively follow up on proposals and payments, ensuring timely conversion of opportunities into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact from initial engagement through to post-flight follow-ups.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall charter revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of fleet availability, scheduling, and operational requirements to provide accurate and commercially viable solutions to clients.
  • Ensure all client communications are handled professionally and promptly, with attention to detail and service excellence.
  • Track, record, and report all sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Capture and maintain accurate data on sales activities, client interactions, and operations, and generate reports to support continuous improvement in customer experience and alignment with client expectations.
  • Any other related duty may be assigned to you including but not limited to Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ relevant experience in sales or client-facing roles.
  • Experience within aviation, financial services, hospitality, or similar service-driven industries is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of client relationship management and sales processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
  • Experience working in a target-driven or revenue-focused environment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Professional conduct and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
