Job Summary

  • We are looking for a young, smart, energetic, and creative HR Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management, willing to learn, and able to contribute positively to the company’s culture and employee experience.
  • This role is ideal for someone who can bring fresh ideas, support employee wellbeing initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop creative ideas and programs that promote employee wellbeing, motivation, and a positive work culture.
  • Coordinate staff welfare activities, events, and internal engagement programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and employee relations activities.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks and provide support to staff when needed.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience is an added advantage.
  • Young, smart, energetic, and willing to learn.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to introduce innovative ideas and initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to influence workplace culture positively.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
