Job Summary
- We are looking for a young, smart, energetic, and creative HR Officer to join our team.

- This role is ideal for someone who can bring fresh ideas, support employee wellbeing initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop creative ideas and programs that promote employee wellbeing, motivation, and a positive work culture.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities, events, and internal engagement programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management and employee relations activities.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and provide support to staff when needed.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience is an added advantage.
- Young, smart, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Creative thinker with the ability to introduce innovative ideas and initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to influence workplace culture positively.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
