Job Title: HR / Admin Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, files, and HR documents.
• Manage office supplies, correspondence, and administrative workflows.
• Assist with payroll by providing accurate attendance, overtime, and deduction data.
• Support recruitment: job postings, CV sorting, interview scheduling, and background checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Track staff attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
• Organize meetings, trainings, and company events.
• Support management with reports, documentation, memos, and data entry.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety policies, and HR SOPs.
• Assist with staff grievances and escalate issues promptly.
• Support performance management by gathering feedback and updating appraisal records.
• Coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
