We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our HR Solutions, driving client acquisition, generating leads, and increasing product visibility across target markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market our HR Software Solution to prospective clients
• Generate and convert leads into paying customers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product adoption
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
• Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports
• Identify market trends and business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good understanding of digital and direct marketing strategies
• Proven track record in sales will be an added advantage

Salary
N200,000 Monthly + Attractive Commissions.
