Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Job Types: Full-time
Reports directly to: Director of Sales

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing recruitment-focused sales opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Engage and convert pre-qualified leads into paying clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches and recruitment solutions based on client needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and adapt strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client acquisition and service delivery efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Sales, Recruitment, HR Services, or SaaS-related business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in consultative selling, client engagement, and deal closure.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.
  • Relevant professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Recruitment are an added advantage.
