Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Appliance Maintenance / Technical Supervisor & Manager to oversee the repair, servicing, and maintenance of household appliances.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and excellent troubleshooting skills for handling both field and in-house technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate technicians involved in appliance repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, televisions, cookers, and other electronic devices.
• Ensure timely repair and proper maintenance of customers’ appliances.
• Monitor technical team performance and ensure quality service delivery.
• Schedule maintenance activities and assign jobs to technicians effectively.
• Maintain records of repairs, spare parts usage, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Train and guide junior technicians when necessary.
• Communicate with customers professionally regarding repair updates and technical issues.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years practical experience in home appliance repairs and technical supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic appliance systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Technical certification or related qualification is an added advantage.

Salary
N180,000 – N300,000 monthly (based on experience and competence).
