Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service / After-Sales Manager to oversee customer support operations and ensure excellent after-sales service delivery.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving complaints effectively, supervising support staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the customer service and after-sales support team.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer issues and service requests.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with sales and operations departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer service performance reports.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives for improved efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Develop strategies to retain customers and improve brand loyalty.
- Ensure company policies and customer service standards are properly followed.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in customer service or after-sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
