Job Summary

  • We are seeking smart, ambitious, and result-driven graduates to join our Management Trainee Program for Sales Executives in the banking sector.
  • The program is designed to develop future sales professionals through intensive training, mentorship, and hands-on field experience in banking products and customer relationship management.
  • Successful candidates will gain practical exposure to retail banking, customer acquisition, financial products sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the bank’s products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure business growth.
  • Support deposit mobilization and account opening activities.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and performance expectations.
  • Educate customers on banking products, digital banking platforms, and financial solutions.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in all training sessions, coaching, and field assignments under the program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • NYSC completion certificate is compulsory.
  • Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be smart, confident, and professionally presentable.
