Job Title: Import and Export Specialist

Location: Arepo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, and result-driven Logistics Officer who will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods, materials, and products.
• The role involves managing transportation, inventory, warehouse activities, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong practical experience in clearing and forwarding operations at ports, including coordination of import and export activities and customs procedures.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in opening and processing Form M.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in processing SONCAP PIN (Standards Organisation of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Programme Product Certificate/Import Permit Number), NAFDAC documentation, and other import and export permit requirements..
• Knowledge and experience in handling PAAR (Pre-Arrival Assessment Report) documentation and procedures.
• Practical experience in logistics and supply chain operations, including shipment coordination, transportation management, and air freight operations.
• Good understanding of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and international trade procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and relevant ERP/logistics software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in import and export operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be between 22 - 30years old.
• Residing within or close to Arepo Ogun State is an added advantage.
• Gender: Male or Female.
