We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Field Sales and Onboarding Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard small and medium-sized businesses to the Routag platform
- Recruit and onboard bikers/delivery partners
- Educate users on Routag’s services and benefits
- Support activation and customer engagement campaigns
- Meet assigned onboarding and acquisition targets
- Gather market feedback and customer insights
- Maintain positive relationships with merchants and riders
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, field marketing, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be proactive, confident, and result-oriented
- Familiarity with market structures and the Lekki axis is an added advantage.
