We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly operations meetings and KPI review sessions.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across Sales, Production, Retail, Inventory, Communications, and RAFI teams.
- Track departmental KPIs and prepare performance dashboards for leadership.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly and effectively.
- Oversee logistics, vendor relationships, and supply chain coordination.
- Support new product rollouts and market expansion initiatives.
- Champion efficiency, accountability, and zero-waste practices across operations
Requirements
- Strong experience in operations, project coordination, or business management.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, timelines, and priorities effectively.
- Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and operational planning.
- Familiarity with supply chain, retail, or production environments is an advantage.
