Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager (Chinese-Speaking) to lead our sales operations in Lagos, Nigeria.
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above), with proven B2B sales experience in the mobile accessories / electronics industry, particularly within the Nigerian market.
- This role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, coordinating with our China office, and leading a local sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the B2B sales team in Lagos to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Alaba Market and Computer Village
- Communicate daily with the China headquarters on inventory, pricing, and order fulfilment
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across Nigeria
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management
- Coordinate product training and sales presentations for retail partners and distributors
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the Nigerian mobile accessories sector
Requirements
- Chinese: HSK Level 4 or above — able to handle daily business communication in Chinese (both spoken and written)
- Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 3 years) in the mobile accessories, electronics, or related industry
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market, especially Alaba Market and Computer Village dynamics
- Experience in leading and motivating a sales team
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Lagos
- Experience working with Chinese companies is a strong advantage.
