Locations: Kaduna, Kaduna Town; Osun - Iwo; Ilaro - Ogun; Mushin and Maryland - Lagos; Yankaba/BUK Road, Sabongari and Tesha Mariri - Kano; and Enugu

Job Summary
- We are looking for proactive and target-driven Field Credit Officers to join our team across the listed locations
- The successful candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan recovery, client relationship management, and ensuring timely repayment of loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard eligible customers for loan products.
- Conduct customer verification and field assessments.
- Monitor loan utilization and repayment schedules.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure prompt recovery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned territories.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Prepare accurate reports on customer activities and loan repayments.
- Educate customers on company policies and repayment processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
- Previous experience in credit, loan recovery, field sales, or microfinance is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.
- Must be resident within or close to the preferred location.
