Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
• The role involves but not limited to preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring value for money across construction projects.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in construction/project management
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project tools
• NIQS membership is an advantage.
